This recipe is great for any occasion. It would work for a buffet style dinner party, a light lunch served with your favorite protein or a quiet weeknight dinner served with grilled fish. Tarragon Shrimp Salad

I love shrimp! This recipe is pretty simple and can be prepared ahead of time. It can be served with a salad, corn tortillas to make shrimp tacos or with butter lettuce to make shrimp lettuce wraps.The recipe came from Ina Garten's cookbook called Cooking for Jeffrey. This was my third recipe from this cookbook, and so far, it worked out really well.
