Food Philosophy
Most people think Registered Dietitians are the “Food Police”, but we are not. In a perfect world, I would want everyone to eat what they like, but I know that is not the case for most. Some of you may have food allergies, some of you may have Type 2 Diabetes, some of you may have IBS and follow a low fodmap diet, and some of you may be overweight and have been on every diet known to man.

My food philosophy boils down to this, everyone is different and there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition. An individualized meal plan is my goal for you along with being your healthiest self. I want to make eating simple, easy and enjoyable. The highlight of our days should be when we nourish our bodies. Everything that we put in our mouths should serve a purpose and I am here to help you discover those purposes.
